Exchange & Care Policy
Exchange Policy:
No refund. Exchange only and Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of purchase, with a valid receipt. Earrings are non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons. 
Post-Purchase Responsibility:
We are not responsible for the condition of items beyond 5 days after purchase, including plating wear or any changes in the state of the piece. Care tips can be found in the description under each product. 
Damaged or Misused Items:
If an item is misused after the 5-day window and becomes damaged, we may offer repair services if the item is deemed fixable. If it cannot be repaired, we are not liable for the damage. repair services are only available for items in Jordan, we don’t offer repair or exchange for products abroad. Items Repaired must be picked up or delivered if requested by a maximum period of a month. we are not liable for items after that period. 
Plating Information:
Our pieces are professionally plated abroad in our manufacturing facility to ensure high quality. For this reason, we do not offer replating services locally.
