  • Earrings are non-exchangeable<\/strong>\u00a0for hygienic reasons.<\/li>\n\n
  • Customized items<\/strong>\u00a0(including engraved pieces and name necklaces) are\u00a0non-exchangeable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n
  • Items must be returned in their\u00a0original condition and packaging<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n
  • We\u00a0do not offer refunds<\/strong> for in store purchase or online purchase once order is placed and paid online<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    • Our pieces are\u00a0professionally gold-plated in factories abroad<\/strong> to ensure consistency and quality. For this reason, we\u00a0do not offer <\/strong>re-plating for our items.<\/li>\n\n
    • We are\u00a0not liable for any damage beyond 10 days<\/strong>\u00a0from the purchase date.<\/li>\n\n
    • We do offer\u00a0free repairs for most issues<\/strong>\u00a0when applicable.<\/li>\n\n
    • If the item is missing parts, has exceeded the covered duration, or requires extensive work, a\u00a0repair fee may apply<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n
    • Damage caused by\u00a0improper care<\/strong>, exposure to water, perfume, chemicals, sweat, or rough use is\u00a0not covered<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      Repairs & Pick-Up Responsibility<\/h3>\n\n

      • Once an item is given to us for repair and we notify you that it is\u00a0ready for pickup<\/strong>, we are\u00a0not liable for the piece after 30 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n
      • Similarly, orders placed for\u00a0pickup<\/strong>\u00a0must be collected within\u00a0one month<\/strong>. After this period, we are\u00a0not liable<\/strong>\u00a0for uncollected items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        Items purchased on sale in our clearance section are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.<\/p>\n\n
