Exchange & Care Policy
We aim to provide the best quality and service to our customers. Please review our exchange and care policy below:
- Exchanges are accepted within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- Exchanges can be made in-store or by contacting us via WhatsApp to coordinate and you must have a receipt or an order number if order is made on our website
- Earrings are non-exchangeable for hygienic reasons.
- Customized items (including engraved pieces and name necklaces) are non-exchangeable.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- We do not offer refunds.
Care, Repair & Replacement
- Our pieces are professionally gold-plated in factories abroad to ensure consistency and quality. For this reason, we do not offer re-plating for our items.
- We are not liable for any damage beyond 10 days from the purchase date.
- We do offer free repairs for most issues when applicable.
- If the item is missing parts, has exceeded the covered duration, or requires extensive work, a repair fee may apply.
- Damage caused by improper care, exposure to water, perfume, chemicals, sweat, or rough use is not covered.
Repairs & Pick-Up Responsibility
- Once an item is given to us for repair and we notify you that it is ready for pickup, we are not liable for the piece after 30 days.
- Similarly, orders placed for pickup must be collected within one month. After this period, we are not liable for uncollected items.
Sale items
Items purchased on sale in our clearance section are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

- We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party delivery services, where applicable.
